Make the menu readable on a phone

• One column, not three. Phone screens are tall and narrow.
• Font size 14 or bigger in the PDF, or diners will pinch and zoom on every line.
• Put the most ordered items on top. Nobody scrolls a menu the way they scan a card.
• Keep the file under 2 MB. A heavy PDF on weak mobile data feels broken.
