By using Ahoyy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The service
Ahoyy lets you create a digital visiting card, share it via a public link, save the people you meet, and discover others in our directory. We may add or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. You must be 13 or older.
3. Your content
You own the content on your card. You give us permission to display it on your public card link and inside the app for users you share it with. You can delete it any time from Settings.
4. Your contacts
Contacts you save inside Ahoyy stay private to your account. We don't share them with other users or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Don't impersonate other people. Don't use Ahoyy to send spam, harass anyone, or distribute illegal content. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Paid plans
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel. One-time boosts are non-refundable once consumed. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Pricing may change with notice.
7. Termination
You can delete your account any time from Settings → Delete account, or at ahoyy.app/account/delete. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer
Ahoyy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
